Invoices and payment

This page says where your invoices are, and what happens to your cloud account when one is overdue. An overdue invoice pauses the account. It does not delete it.

Where your invoices are

Invoices are in the customer portal at https://admin.grn.cloud/my/invoices. Sign in with the e-mail address of the order. You can pay an open invoice online in the portal.

What an overdue invoice does

An invoice that stays unpaid pauses the subscription it belongs to. The billing system does this on its own reminder schedule.

When the subscription is paused, the cloud account is paused with it, in the same way as when the last order ends:

  • No pod can run in the account's projects, so its workloads are stopped
  • All network traffic to and from its projects is denied
  • Its users cannot sign in
  • All data, volumes and configuration are kept

Paused accounts and restore describes each of these.

A pause for an overdue invoice has no deletion date

The account stays paused, with its data kept, until the invoice is paid. Deletion 10 minutes after the pause applies only when the orders have ended.

How services return after payment

Pay the overdue invoice in the portal. Payment resumes the subscription, and the account returns within about an hour, exactly as it was when it was paused.
